Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for technology and real estate, eager to contribute to our growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in our sales process, helping to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our account executives & sales team.
Responsibilities
• Outbound Prospecting and Lead Generation: - Conduct research to identify and target accounts that align with REdirect’s ideal customer profiles within the real estate industry
- Utilize various tools and platforms to gather leads and build an effective prospecting database
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Qualification: - Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our services
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
• Relationship Building: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource to prospects by understanding our solutions, industry trends, and being well-versed in REdirect’s current and emerging services, product capabilities, and their competitive strengths and weaknesses.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
• Data Management: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system
- Analyze and report on lead generation activities and outcomes to sales leadership
• Continuous Improvement: - Assist in managing existing client accounts, including periodic follow-ups to identify new opportunities, discuss new products and services, and solicit feedback on past projects.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and messaging
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred • Related experience in business development, sales, or a lead generation role, preferably in the real estate or technology sectors.
• A desire to continue to learn within the real estate software consulting space
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls (50-100 per day) and following up consistently to drive meetings and sales conversations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• An interest in technology consulting
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of CRM software, HubSpot
• Knowledge of proposal creation software
• Knowledge of the real estate technology sector is a plus
• Knowledge of real estate software platforms (e.g., MRI Software, Yardi) is a plus

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at REdirect. In accordance with New York City, Colorado, California, and other applicable laws, REdirect is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and geography.
